The concept

A shipowner's eye for detail

An Italian shipowner — “l'Armatore” — cares for every detail of his vessel, because life at sea means enjoying every comfort on board. Harbor 171 was furnished in that same spirit.

Inside the loft you truly feel aboard a luxury boat: an endless ocean view, and the sensation of floating in the middle of it.

One kilometre from the Malecón and six from the airport, the loft is equipped for a weekend or a long stay — a lovely place for couples and families alike, with clever disappearing furniture that opens the space to the sea.

Andrea allowed us to check in earlier than planned because our flight was canceled and we had no place to stay after checking out of our previous Air BNB. We always had immediate response time and check in was seamless. The front desk was also helpful and courteous. The public areas were spotless and people vacationing at the tower were polite and kind. We are beach people and although not listed in the description, we were hoping for an umbrella with chairs. We would highly recommend this location. Just fabulous!

Andre’s condo at 171 Harbor is a great location with great restaurants, supermarket close by and an Oxxo down the street. Some issues we had is when walking at night the road and sidewalk is uneven and lighting is very poor, needing a flashlight or your phone to ensure safety. The studio condo is narrow and long with a Murphy bed to sleep. Kitchen is small but with a gas stove and electric oven was a nice addition. The view from balcony of the bay is wonderful. All in all a great location with many pool amenities and great views of the bay. Would recommend the condo.

House rules & stay details

House rules

  • No pets, and no smoking inside the unit.
  • Avoid sitting or leaning on indoor furniture in wet or damp clothing.
  • At the pool, use both the grey and the white towels.
  • Close the main door carefully to avoid damage.
  • Never rest suitcases on the wall-suspended blue table — use the dedicated support instead.
  • Turn off the AC and lights when doors or windows are open, and always when you leave.
  • On check-out, take out the trash and leave the dishes clean.
  • Pool & jacuzzi: jacuzzi open 8am–10pm, adults only (18+), max 30 min; shower before entering, no jewellery. No food, drinks or alcohol in the pool area; no sound devices. Use white or grey towels.
  • Common-area furniture cannot be reserved or moved.
  • Keep the blackout curtain up when the window is open; use the individual curtains for sun. Do not manually move the electric curtain.

Stay details

Base rate covers 2 guests. For 3–4 guests, an extra fee per additional guest applies.

Consumables (soap, paper, napkins) are included for up to 7 days; beyond that they are covered by the guest.

Stays over one week require weekly housekeeping at 600 MXN, paid on-site and scheduled on arrival.

Cancellation: 100% refund up to 15 days before check-in, 50% from 14 to 7 days, none within 7 days. Fees are borne by the guest. See full terms.
